【Background】
This job posting is part of the JPort “Job Offer Campaign.”
It is published as a special hiring route designed to strengthen engagement with students and shorten the selection process, with the goal of issuing job offers by August 31.
You will be responsible for tasks that support quality and stable operations on the production floor, such as quality control and assurance in the manufacturing process, production management, inspection and troubleshooting of equipment and molds, and improvement activities.
🇮🇩 At the Higashiura Molding Plant and Hekikai Plant, we accept Indonesian employees as technical interns. Indonesian speakers are highly welcome!
[Higashiura Molding Plant & Hekikai Plant Manufacturing Quality Control Tasks]
- Mold repair arrangements
- Consideration and arrangement of countermeasures for mold defects
- Mold disassembly and cleaning maintenance
- Condition trials and creation of new conditions
- Defect countermeasures and improvements
- Creation, modification, and production requests for extraction machine conditions
- Equipment repair arrangements and maintenance arrangements
- Production planning, monthly forecast maintenance, and daily production management
- Quality checks during night shifts (performing regular patrol-level quality control during night shifts)
- Simple measurements (checking defect limits that arise suddenly using images, calipers, projectors, etc.)
- On-site improvements (cycle shortening, bridge response, work improvement)
- Equipment trouble handling
- On-site assistance
- Management tasks will be gradually assigned after a deeper understanding of the site
🌟 Depending on the proficiency in tasks, obtaining a forklift license may be required.

- Individuals enrolled in a university in Japan and expected to graduate by March 2027
* Graduates with a designated activities visa are also eligible to apply
- Japanese: Advanced level (Benchmark: JLPT N2 or above)

💰 Salary
Monthly salary: ¥195,000 - ¥200,000 (Estimated annual income: ¥3,100,000 - ¥3,180,000)
【Trial Period】 Trial period available
Length of trial period: 2 months
Employment type and salary are the same as upon official employment.
