You will be responsible for supporting the quality and stable operation of the site, including quality control, production management, equipment trouble response, and improvement activities in the manufacturing process.
[Yokone Factory Manufacturing Quality Control Operations]
- Overall quality control and quality assurance operations for mass-produced products in the manufacturing site (chemical liquid management, jig management)
- Checking for abnormalities in products during manufacturing line troubles
- Checking product quality and workmanship in the manufacturing process (standard check of mass-produced products)
- Routine inspections of the manufacturing process (regular patrols in the morning and afternoon, spot checks)
- Confirmation and initial response to sudden abnormalities on the manufacturing line
- Handling defects (investigation of causes, planning countermeasures, customer explanations) Investigation of causes and planning of recurrence prevention measures when defects occur
- Trial of plating conditions, creation of new plating conditions
- Conceptualization and creation request for plating jigs
- Maintenance of kanban and daily production management based on plating production plans and monthly indications
- Liquid analysis and measurement (thickness measurement, imaging, calipers) Confirmation of defects that occurred suddenly
- Feedback to pre- and post-manufacturing processes (molding, inspection)
- On-site presence and coordination with related departments as needed
- Personnel allocation, training, and guidance of members, safety and quality management on site
- Maintenance, inspection, and repair arrangements for the manufacturing line
- On-site support
- Management tasks will be gradually entrusted after a deep understanding of the site is developed.

【Application Requirements】
- Individuals enrolled in a university in Japan and expected to graduate by March 2027 or March 2028
* Those who have already graduated and hold a Designated Activities visa are also eligible to apply
- Japanese: Business advanced level (equivalent to JLPT N2 or higher)
- English: Fluent/native level
- Bengali: Fluent/native level
- No experience required

💰 Salary
Monthly Salary: ¥195,000 - ¥200,000 (Estimated Annual Income: ¥3,100,000 - ¥3,180,000)
