Production Management Position (Yokone Factory)
仕事内容
At the Yokone Factory, which manufactures plated parts, you will be responsible for overall "production management and office work," including managing product order and delivery data, coordinating with suppliers and customers, and arranging logistics.
[Yokone Factory Manufacturing and Quality Control Operations]
- Handling phone calls (customers, suppliers, internal, etc.)
- Issuing invoices for suppliers and customers (confirming receipt from suppliers, issuing delivery notes to customers (domestic TR includes ticketing))
- Handling the shipment and delivery of products for suppliers and customers (delivering work-in-process products and other supplies, such as tape sheets, to suppliers)
- Issuing and arranging customer Kanban cards
- Giving production instructions to suppliers: issuing Kanban cards
(inspection instruction Kanban cards and molding material pickup Kanban cards)
- Responding to inquiries from customers and suppliers
- Receiving and confirming products and supplies from suppliers (checking for any undelivered items)
- Handling undelivered items for customers
- Checking inventory as needed (finished products, work-in-progress, supplies)
- Compiling plating defect rates
- Sorting returnable bags for suppliers and customers
- Sales input and invoice processing, etc.
◆ End-of-month tasks
- Preparing purchase orders and production plans for the following month to be sent to suppliers (molding materials and painting)
- Ordering customer-supplied parts
- Checking preliminary forecasts from customers and entering them into the internal ornament forecast system
- Maintaining Kanban cards for molding materials
- Management responsibilities will not be assigned immediately. As you deepen your understanding of the production site and operations, you will gradually take on management responsibilities.

- Individuals enrolled in a university in Japan and expected to graduate by March 2027
* Graduates with a specific activity visa are also eligible to apply
- Japanese: Advanced level (Benchmark: JLPT N2 or above)

💰 Salary
Monthly salary: ¥195,000 ～ ¥200,000 (※ Estimated annual income: ¥3,100,000 ～ ¥3,180,000)
【Probation Period】 Probation period available
Length of probation period: 2 months
Employment type and salary remain the same as upon official employment.
