- Check-in and check-out services
- Providing hotel information and guest assistance
- Responding to reservation inquiries via email and phone
- Providing guests with information on sightseeing attractions and recommended local spots and other related guest service duties

[Application Requirements]
- Currently enrolled at a university in Japan and expected to graduate by March 2027
*Applicants who have already graduated and hold a Designated Activities Visa are also eligible.
- Advanced Business Japanese (approximately JLPT N2 or above)
- English: Upper-intermediate to advanced level
- Experience using computers for work or study
- Customer service experience (part-time work experience is acceptable)
[Employment Conditions]
⏰ Working Hours (Shift System)
Early Shift: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Day Shift: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Late Shift: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM
🧳 Work Location
Tokyo / Kyoto & Osaka
💰 Salary
- Base Salary
- Bachelor's Degree: ¥265,000/month
Bonuses & Salary Review
- Bonus: Twice a year (June & December)
- Salary Review: Twice a year (July & January)
