You will manage the flow of goods from storage to shipment, ensuring smooth warehouse operations.

Main duties include:
- Inventory analysis and KPI management
- Supporting and improving supply chain management (SCM)
- Coordinating with staff to maintain efficient daily operations

You’ll also gain leadership experience by supervising part-time members once you’re familiar with the job.

📌 Eligibility & Requirements

Required:
- Expected to graduate by March 2026 (high school or above)
- Able to communicate and understand work instructions in Japanese (recommended: JLPT N3+, N2 welcomed)
- Have or plan to obtain a valid work visa

Preferred:
- Open to beginners with no prior work experience
- Interested in working locally in Gifu Prefecture
- Passionate about the apparel or logistics industry
- Enjoy steady and detailed work
- Have part-time experience in logistics or warehouse operations

💰 Salary

- Starting salary (Bachelor’s): ¥214,000
- Estimated annual income: ¥2,996,000
*includes two annual bonuses
*Overtime pay is fully compensated by the minute, not included in the above

🚗 Work Locations

① Gifu (Main Office)
- Gifu Headquarters: 54-1 Minamikata, Ono-cho, Ibi-gun, Gifu
- Ono Branch: 44 Shimoiso, Ono-cho, Ibi-gun, Gifu

② Ibaraki (3 Offices)
- Tsukuba Mirai Branch
- Joso Branch
- Moriya Branch
→ Assigned to one of the above locations

③ Chiba (3 Offices)
- Ichikawa Branch (DPL Ichikawa 5F/2F)
- Shirai Branch
- Inage Branch
→ Assigned to one of the above locations

⏰ Working Conditions

- Working hours: 9:00–18:00 (8 hours actual work)
- Overtime: Around 30 hours/month (fully paid by the minute)
- May vary during busy seasons (e.g. year-end or seasonal changes)

Days off & leave:
- Two days off per week (118 holidays/year)
- Fixed or shift schedule depending on assignment
- Paid leave, congratulatory/condolence leave, maternity/paternity leave
