Business Partner

You will be involved in various business areas, such as the Sales Department and the Business Systems Department. After joining the company, employees will undergo a training program, followed by six months of on-the-job training (OJT) after being assigned to a department. During the first six months to a year, you will go through job rotations, experiencing various tasks. Depending on your aptitude and skills, you may also be assigned to tasks in other departments. 【Sales Promotion Division】 Proposals to new sales outlets: Visit companies and introduce installment and leasing services tailored to their needs. Half of the new contracts come from referrals from new sales outlets. Sales outlet promotion tasks: Handle inquiries from sales outlets after receiving customer applications and coordinate with the Approval Department until the application is approved. 【Business Planning Division】 Due to the focus on further overseas expansion, you are expected to primarily work on business planning. Additional tasks include coordination with the parent company, Kodo Tsushin, and group subsidiaries, routine task management, and monthly sales tracking. 【Systems Division】 Responsibilities include managing internal inquiries, implementing system modifications, overseeing server and terminal management, and conducting external negotiations.
