Job Description
You will be responsible for product design, production equipment design, and various testing, analysis, and evaluation tasks across a wide range of fields, including automobiles, FA/robotics, and information equipment.
This position involves working with leading manufacturers in Japan to provide technical support for new product development and mass production.
As global production systems continue to expand, technical capabilities that meet global standards are increasingly required.
＜Main Responsibilities＞
• Product design for automobiles, FA, robotics, etc.
• Design of production equipment, jigs, and devices, as well as proposing improvements
• Conducting various tests (performance, durability, environmental, etc.)
• Analysis and evaluation (structural analysis, strength analysis, quality evaluation, etc.)
• Technical support for new product development and mass production
• Technical planning and coordination to support global production

【Application Requirements】
・Currently enrolled in a university in Japan and expected to graduate by March 2027 or March 2028
* Applicants who have already graduated and hold a “Designated Activities” visa may also apply.
・Japanese level: Advanced business level (approx. JLPT N2 or above)
・Must be able to work at designated company locations
・A valid driver’s license is preferred
(Driving may be required depending on the assigned department)

⏰ Working hours
1. Flextime system (no core hours): 6:00-22:00
2. Break: 12:00-13:00
3. Overtime: Average 20 hours per month (fiscal year 2024)
* Standard working hours: 8 hours/day
* New employee training period: 8:30-17:30
* Working hours may vary depending on the workplace
🧳 Workplace
Tokyo, Kanagawa, Aichi, Fukuoka
* After joining, a 4-month training will be conducted in Aichi Prefecture.

Annual holidays: 120 days
- Two days off per week (Saturday and Sunday)

💰 Salary
＜Base Salary＞
Bachelor's degree: 264,000 yen
Master's degree: 275,800 yen
Doctorate degree: 295,000 yen
＜Allowances＞

Overtime allowance, late-night work allowance, holiday work allowance, leave allowance, remote-work allowance, commuting allowance, and others
Salary increase: Once a year (April)
Bonuses: Three times a year (6.0 months' worth)*based on results for fiscal year 2024
● Model Salary (Bachelor's degree)
・30s: Annual income of 6.16 million yen / Monthly salary of 382,000 yen *including family allowance (spouse, 1 child) / overtime pay for 20 hours
・40s: Annual income of 8.63 million yen / Monthly salary of 515,000 yen *including family allowance (spouse, 2 children) / general managerial position
・40s: Annual income of 10.07 million yen / Monthly salary of 610,000 yen *Manager, location allowance, family allowance (spouse, 2 children)
・Bonuses are paid three times a year (July, December, March), ensuring that company profits are returned to employees.
