Tamadic Co., Ltd.You will be responsible for product design, production equipment design, and various testing, analysis, and evaluation tasks across a wide range of fields, including automobiles, FA/robotics, and information equipment.
This position involves working with leading manufacturers in Japan to provide technical support for new product development and mass production.

＜Main Responsibilities＞
• Product design for automobiles, FA, robotics, etc.
• Design of production equipment, jigs, and devices, as well as proposing improvements

【Application Requirements】

⏰ Working hours
1. Flextime system (no core hours): 6:00-22:00
2. Break: 12:00-13:00
3. Overtime: Average 20 hours per month (fiscal year 2024)

💰 Salary
＜Base Salary＞
Bachelor's degree: 264,000 yen
Master's degree: 275,800 yen
Doctorate degree: 295,000 yen

Salary increase: Once a year (April)

● Model Salary (Bachelor's degree)
・30s: Annual income of 6.16 million yen / Monthly salary of 382,000 yen *including family allowance (spouse, 1 child) / overtime pay for 20 hours
・40s: Annual income of 8.63 million yen / Monthly salary of 515,000 yen *including family allowance (spouse, 2 children) / general managerial position
・40s: Annual income of 10.07 million yen / Monthly salary of 610,000 yen *Manager, location allowance, family allowance (spouse, 2 children)
・Bonuses are paid three times a year (July, December, March), ensuring that company profits are returned to employees.
