【Application Requirements】

1. Flextime system (no core hours): 6:00-22:00
2. Break: 12:00-13:00
3. Overtime: Average 20 hours per month (fiscal year 2024)

💰 Salary
＜Base Salary＞
Bachelor's degree: 264,000 yen
Master's degree: 275,800 yen
Doctorate degree: 295,000 yen

Overtime allowance, late-night work allowance, holiday work allowance, leave allowance, remote-work allowance, commuting allowance, and others
Salary increase: Once a year (April)
Bonuses: Three times a year (6.0 months' worth)*based on results for fiscal year 2024
● Model Salary (Bachelor's degree)
・30s: Annual income of 6.16 million yen / Monthly salary of 382,000 yen *including family allowance (spouse, 1 child) / overtime pay for 20 hours
・40s: Annual income of 8.63 million yen / Monthly salary of 515,000 yen *including family allowance (spouse, 2 children) / general managerial position
・40s: Annual income of 10.07 million yen / Monthly salary of 610,000 yen *Manager, location allowance, family allowance (spouse, 2 children)
・Bonuses are paid three times a year (July, December, March), ensuring that company profits are returned to employees.
