Job Description

You can hone your skills and grow into a full-fledged engineer. Our senior engineers come from a wide range of backgrounds, both humanities and sciences. This is because we have a well-developed educational system, including training for new recruits. After joining the company, employees undergo about 2 weeks of general training, followed by on-the-job training and specialized training in the divisions to which they are assigned. Our dedicated educators, who are skilled in programming education, carefully train each trainee from the very beginning according to his or her level of skill. - Development and customization of in-house packaged software - Contracted system development (requirement definition/design/development/maintenance) - Possible involvement in overseas expansion in the future. *No dispatch or secondment.
