You can hone your skills and grow into a full-fledged engineer. Our senior engineers come from a wide range of backgrounds, both humanities and sciences. This is because we have a well-developed educational system, including training for new recruits. After joining the company, employees undergo about 2 weeks of general training, followed by on-the-job training and specialized training in the divisions to which they are assigned.
