You will be assigned to the Overseas Business Division.
As a Sales Engineer at SunTelephone, you will act as a bridge between sales and technology, proposing and selling communication equipment and network infrastructure to corporate clients while providing technical support.
In this role, you’ll work closely with customers—from understanding their needs and proposing optimal systems to overseeing delivery, installation, and after-sales support.
【For International Students】
In the first few years, you will work at the Tokyo headquarters, learning SunTelephone’s business, products, and client relations.
After gaining solid experience in quality control and solution-based sales, you will be assigned to one of our overseas subsidiaries in Thailand or Vietnam, where you will take on sales and management roles as a future leader.
In the long term, you can build a career as a manager or executive at our local subsidiaries, contributing to both the company’s global growth and your home country’s development.

👤 Eligibility
University or graduate students graduating in September 2025 or March 2026, or graduates within the past year
All majors welcome (both humanities and sciences)
※For 2026 graduates: internship opportunities available from the time of offer until March 2026
💰 Starting Salary
Bachelor’s degree: ¥230,300/month
Master’s degree or recent graduate: ¥233,500/month
Allowances:
- Overtime allowance
-Transportation: up to ¥50,000/month (actual cost reimbursed)
- Housing support: ¥30,000/month (for eligible employees up to age 30)
- Home visit allowance: up to ¥20,000/trip (twice a year, for eligible employees)
⏰ Working Hours
8:45–17:30 (7.75 hours/day)
Lunch break: 12:00–13:00
📅 Holidays & Leave
124+ days off per year (Full five-day workweek: Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays off)
Year-end/New Year holidays (Dec 29–Jan 4)
Paid leave: 10 days granted upon joining
