As a Production Engineering Engineer at AISIN, you will be responsible for developing and improving production equipment and manufacturing lines that support next-generation products.

By leveraging original production methods and advanced technologies, you will help realize high-quality, cost-efficient manufacturing excellence. This role contributes directly to creating reliable products that earn customer trust and satisfaction by developing new production technologies and building highly efficient production lines.

■ Main Responsibilities
"R&D of New Production Methods and Technologies"
- Research and develop new manufacturing methods for EVs and next-generation mobility products
- Use innovative technologies such as large-scale metal 3D printers to shorten prototyping and evaluation periods

"Process Design Using Digital Technologies"
- Design efficient production processes by optimizing materials, equipment, and workforce allocation
- Promote rapid production line setup using digital simulations

"Development and Design of Production Equipment"
- Develop highly reliable production equipment
- Create energy-saving equipment by combining digital technologies with Japan’s traditional “Karakuri” mechanical ingenuity

"Production Preparation to Mass Production Launch"
- Introduce equipment into factories and fine-tune production lines
- Monitor stable operations after mass production begins and continuously improve quality and efficiency
