[Job Description]
You will be responsible for mechanical design work.
We undertake mechanical design from equipment manufacturers and set manufacturers. The work involves mechanical design of manufacturing-related equipment across various fields, such as robot systems, labor-saving devices, industrial machinery, transport equipment, and inspection equipment.

Although it varies depending on individual experience and skills, after joining, you will learn the use of CAD, as well as the basics of mechanical design, such as drawing creation and the purpose and use of mechanical components. Rest assured, even if you have no experience.
In the future, career advancement to upstream processes such as detailed examination and conceptual design is possible.
Those who "like manufacturing" and "are interested in various things" are suitable for this job. Conversely, those who "are not good at thinking for themselves" are not suited for this job.

Currently, mechanical design contracting is our main business, but in the future, we aim to move towards equipment manufacturing.

[Application Requirements]
- Individuals enrolled in a university in Japan and expected to graduate by March 2027
* Those who have already graduated and hold a specific activity visa are also eligible to apply
- Those with a humanities major but possessing knowledge in science are eligible to apply.
- Emphasis on conversational level. Those who have passed JLPT N3 and are preparing for N2 are also eligible to apply.
- Individuals majoring in mechanical engineering

Standard Working Hours: 8 hours per day
Standard Working Hours: 8 hours per day / 160 hours per month
Working hours can be changed with prior approval.

💰 Salary
University Graduate: Monthly Salary from 210,000 yen
(*Estimated Annual Income from 3,786,562 yen)
*Overtime pay is fully provided (paid in 1-minute increments)
*Estimated annual income is based on 20 hours of overtime and a 3-month bonus
Commuting Allowance (up to 20,000 yen/month)
Salary Increase: Once a year (April)
