You will be responsible for a wide range of accounting and general affairs tasks, and in the future, you will play a key role as a core member of the accounting department!

【Main tasks】
- Inputting journal entries, expense reimbursement, accounts receivable and accounts payable management
- Assisting with monthly and yearly closing
- Invoicing and cash management
- Entering data into accounting software and managing data
- Supporting the accounting manager
- Exchanging and confirming accounting data with the Vietnam branch (KHVN) (in the future)
- Creating and managing internal documents
- Managing equipment, procurement procedures
- Handling internal and external inquiries
- Assisting with labor and HR-related tasks
- Welcoming guests and handling phone calls
- Other general affairs tasks related to company operations

- Students currently enrolled in a university in Japan and scheduled to graduate by March 2027
or scheduled to graduate by March 2028
※ Graduates with a specific activities visa are also eligible to apply
- Japanese: Business level or higher (approximation: JLPT N2 or above)
- Vietnamese: Native level
