We are currently recruiting for a "Hybrid Sales Planning Position" that will drive the company's growth by focusing on the expansion of existing businesses and crossing over sales planning, business planning, and management planning!
■ Sales Planning (Main Area)
• Planning for maintaining and expanding existing businesses
• Analyzing usage status of existing customers and devising improvement measures
• Planning sales strategies for acquiring new customers
• Creating proposal materials and collaborating with the sales department
• Web marketing (advertising operations, SNS, LP improvement, etc.)
■ Business Planning
• Planning and supporting the launch of new businesses
• Conducting market research, business feasibility evaluation, and creating business plans
• Considering business portfolios based on synergies with existing businesses
• Supporting new businesses
■ Management Planning
• Participating in the execution and operational phases of the mid-term management plan
• Attending management meetings and various meetings (in an OJT format)
• Creating management materials and monitoring KPIs
• Supporting decision-making for the management team
■ Assignment
After joining the company, you will be broadly exposed to the tasks of sales planning, business planning, and management planning through OJT, and your main area of responsibility will be determined based on your aptitude. Instead of being fixed to a specific area, you will flexibly take on roles according to the company's growth phase.

【Application Requirements】
- Individuals enrolled in a university in Japan and expected to graduate by March 2027 or March 2028
* Those who have already graduated and obtained a specific activity visa are also eligible to apply
- Japanese: Business advanced level (Guideline: JLPT N2 or above)
* If you can communicate effectively, you may be eligible for selection even if you have obtained JLPT N3 and are preparing for N2.

💰 Salary
University Graduate: 203,000 yen
Including 30 hours of deemed overtime pay and various allowances,
the monthly salary is approximately 273,900 yen.
Bonuses: Twice a year (July and December: total of 3.6 months' worth)
