We are looking for Construction Management staff at our stable company with over 70 years of history and more than half a century of business relationships with major companies such as Nippon Paper Industries Co., Ltd. and TOYOBO CO., LTD.

As a site supervisor, you will manage the overall construction process at project sites.
This role offers the satisfaction of being involved in manufacturing and construction projects while ensuring work is completed efficiently and safely.

You will be responsible for preparing construction plans and project budgets, and overseeing on-site operations as a site manager, including work supervision and project coordination.

【Business Description】
◎ Building Equipment Construction
(Water Supply & Drainage / Air Conditioning & Ventilation / Fire Protection Systems)
We design and install systems that allow people to safely use air and water inside buildings.
Examples include:
・Clean water supply
・Comfortable indoor environments (cool in summer, warm in winter)
・Fire protection systems that ensure safety in emergencies

These everyday comforts are supported by:
・Plumbing and sanitation systems
・HVAC (air conditioning and ventilation) systems
・Fire protection systems

Recently, we have also been focusing on energy-efficient and environmentally friendly facilities, contributing to both public facilities and private buildings in the region.

◎ Industrial Piping Systems for Factories
We also construct piping systems that safely transport gases and liquids used in manufacturing plants.
This work requires high technical expertise, precision, and safety management.

We handle specialized piping materials such as:
・Stainless steel pipes (high resistance to corrosion and heat)
・Glass-lined pipes (chemical-resistant interior lining)
・Double pipes (for maintaining stable temperatures)

[Construction Management Position]
This is a job of coordinating the entire work site to ensure smooth progress of building and facility construction projects.
Main tasks include:
- Construction planning
- Budget preparation
- Cost estimation and design coordination
- Site management (Schedule control, Quality control, Safety management)
You will act as the “command center” of the construction site, leading the team and managing the project.
