- Market and user analysis in the assigned region

【Application Requirements】
- Enrolled in a university in Japan and scheduled to graduate by March 2027
* Applicants who are expected to graduate in the fall semester of 2026 are also eligible (start date can be discussed separately)
* Applicants who have already graduated and hold a “Designated Activities” visa may also apply. (start date can be discussed separately)
- Japanese proficiency: Business level (guideline: JLPT N2 or above)
- English proficiency: Business level (guideline: TOEIC score of 785 or higher)
- Hindi proficiency: Native language level
【Job Details】
⏰ Working hours
9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
🧳 Location
Tokyo (May be subject to change after joining the company due to job rotation)
💰 Salary
- Base salary: ¥300,000 per month or more
- Allowances: Overtime allowance, commuting allowance, regional allowance (for work in Tokyo), stock compensation system, etc.
※ Stock compensation:
・140 shares granted from the first year
・Approximately JPY 560,000 annually (based on stock price as of the end of September 2025)
・Number of shares may increase up to 400 depending on position
・Shares are granted after 10 years
- Salary revision: Once a year
- Bonuses: Twice a year (summer, winter)
※ Summer bonus in the first year is a token award
In addition to the above, performance-based bonuses are provided:
→ A bonus system linked to profit increases for all employees from the second year onwards (established from the 2023 fiscal year)
