【Background】
This position is part of the JPort Summer Job Offer Campaign, a special hiring program designed to help students receive job offers by August 31 through an accelerated recruitment process.
【Job Description】
As a Construction Manager, you will oversee road and paving projects to ensure they are completed safely, on time, and with high quality.
You will work with construction workers and subcontractors to manage schedules, safety, and quality. Your role is to coordinate the project and support it through to completion, rather than performing construction work yourself.
Specific Responsibilities
1. Schedule Management
Manage project schedules and adjust plans when necessary due to weather or site conditions.
2. Safety Management
Ensure a safe work environment by checking for hazards and following safety procedures.
3. Quality Management
Inspect construction work to ensure it meets required quality standards and specifications.
4. Documentation
Take progress photos and prepare reports to accurately record construction activities.
5. Team Coordination
Communicate with subcontractors and construction workers to coordinate daily operations and keep the project running smoothly.

【Requirements】
・Currently enrolled at a university in Japan and expected to graduate by March 2027
・Recent graduates with a Designated Activities Visa are also welcome to apply
・Eligible to obtain a Designated Activities (No. 46) Visa
・Japanese proficiency: JLPT N1 required
＜Preferred Qualifications＞
Ability to speak Indonesian or Vietnamese is a plus.
【Employment Details】
Starting Date is flexible.

Primary work location: Hakusan Branch Office.
⏰ Working Hours
7:45 AM – 4:45 PM
💰 Salary
Bachelor's Degree: JPY 280,000/month
Master's Degree: JPY 285,000/month
Salary review: Once a year (June)
Bonus: Twice a year (July & December)
