Launched in 2024, Trip In is an inbound travel business that collaborates with overseas travel agencies to create and offer tour plans for international visitors to Japan.

Our team travels to markets such as Thailand and Vietnam, directly engaging with local travel agencies to build relationships and acquire new clients.
As the Japanese government aims for ¥15 trillion in inbound tourism spending by 2030, Trip In strives to become a leading force in driving Japan’s tourism industry forward.

Job Description:
◎ Coordinate inbound travel arrangements (land operator duties)
◎ Develop and manage partnerships with overseas travel agencies
◎ Collaborate closely with local and international team members
◎ Support regional revitalization through tourism initiatives
