[JPort Summer Job Offer Campaign Eligible] English Conversation Instructor
仕事内容
[Background]
This position is eligible for JPort's "Job Offer Campaign."
It is featured as a special route to strengthen connections with students and fast-track the selection process.
Katerina English School celebrated its 20th anniversary in 2025.
We are currently working on a relocation and expansion project and are looking for new team members to join us in supporting and building our new school!
🌏 It’s more than just teaching English.
This role is about empowering children with the confidence to step out into the world.
Our goal is to convey English not as a simple "test subject," but as a communication tool to connect with people around the world.
Beyond language skills, we cultivate cross-cultural understanding, self-expression, and communication skills—giving local children the spark to take on global challenges.
Your own home culture and personal experiences will also become valuable learning opportunities for our students.
There is unique value here that only an international instructor can deliver.
[Job Responsibilities]
・ Conducting group, private, and online lessons for students ranging from age 0 to adults
・ Creating and preparing lesson plans tailored to age and skill levels
・ Communicating and sharing progress updates with students and parents
・ Participating in and supporting the operation of tea parties, cooking events, and international exchange activities
・ Proposing improvements for teaching materials and curricula
✨ Why You'll Love This Role
◆ Your culture and experiences become learning materials
You can teach children about the culture, lifestyle, and values of your home country that cannot be learned from textbooks alone.
Inspiring new discoveries and curiosity, like realizing "the world is full of diverse cultures," is an important part of this job.
◆ Naturally build your Japanese skills and workplace abilities in Japan
Through daily interaction with students, parents, and staff, you will develop not only your Japanese language skills, but also the customer service and communication skills unique to working in Japan.
