[Job Description]
As a Production Planning Operator, you will be responsible for planning the production of medical procedure kits and managing production materials.
Working closely with the manufacturing team, your responsibilities will include:
- Developing production schedules based on manufacturing line capacity and product demand
- Monitoring production progress
- Managing inventory and coordinating the movement of materials and finished products
- Communicating and coordinating with external partners, including suppliers and shipping destinations
- Supporting process improvement initiatives with your supervisor
- Preparing documents and managing production data using Microsoft Office applications

[Application Requirements]
- Currently enrolled at a university in Japan and expected to graduate by March 2027
*Recent graduates with a Designated Activities Visa are also welcome to apply.
- Basic PC skills (Word, Excel, Email)
- Strong sense of responsibility and willingness to take initiative
- Ability to communicate effectively in Japanese
- JLPT certification is not required. Communication skills are valued more than test scores.

⏰ Working Hours
9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (7.5 working hours per day)
60-minute lunch break
🧳 Work Location
Kasugai City, Aichi Prefecture
*Transfers to other locations within Aichi Prefecture may be required.
💰 Salary
Annual Salary: ¥3,000,000 – ¥3,800,000
Compensation includes:
- Base annual salary
- Annual performance bonus (paid in March)
- Salary will be determined based on experience, skills, and previous compensation.
*Probation Period: 6 months (full-time employment during probation)
