【Job Description】
▪️ Financial advisory (FA) services for cross-border M&A, primarily in North America, Southeast Asia, and Europe
▪️ Clients are mainly Japanese companies, with a focus on buy-side FA support for overseas acquisitions. Sell-side advisory is also provided in some cases.

【Responsibilities Immediately After Joining】
▪️ Origination
・Proposing M&A opportunities introduced by global partner firms to Japanese companies and engaging in related sales activities
・Identifying client needs in Japan, responding to inquiries, and creating proposals

▪️ Advisory
・Supporting negotiations, conducting valuations, and managing M&A projects

【Application Requirements】

・Students currently enrolled in a university in Japan and expected to graduate by March 2027
・Must have Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) N1 (as advanced Japanese reading and communication skills are required for the role)
・The cross-border M&A team is composed of approximately 50% non-Japanese members; therefore, business-level English proficiency is also required
・Individuals who aspire to build a career as a consultant in the future (no restrictions on academic background or field of study)
