【Job Description】
- General restaurant operations including customer service, cooking, staff training, shift management, and sales/inventory control at ramen shops
- After joining, first gain on-site experience; future career progression can include Store Manager → Area Manager → Sales Director, etc.

Salary
▪️Starting Salary
University / Graduate School Graduates
Monthly salary: ¥295,000 (including fixed overtime allowance)
※ Base salary: ¥250,000
※ Job allowance (fixed overtime): ¥45,000
※ The fixed overtime allowance is paid regardless of whether overtime work occurs. Any overtime exceeding the fixed amount will be paid separately.

- Full commuting allowance (within company regulations)
- Night shift allowance
- Overtime allowance (for hours exceeding 25 hours)
▪️Salary Increase
- Once a year
▪️Bonus
- Twice a year (June and December), based on company performance
Note: The first bonus after joining will not be paid due to a short enrollment period.

★ New Benefit (for New Graduates, starting with the Class of 2027) ★
Student Loan Repayment Support Program: Starting with new graduates in 2027. The company will support loan repayments of up to ¥20,000 per month for a maximum of 5 years (up to ¥1,200,000 in total).
※ Eligible for those who used loan-type scholarship programs such as JASSO (Japan Student Services Organization).
※ For those who did not use a scholarship program, an alternative support system is available (choice of either option).
