Employment Conditions
【Working Hours】 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (1-hour break) 【Holidays】 Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays (5-day workweek) Golden Week, New Year’s holidays, summer vacation, birthday leave, child’s birthday leave, long-service leave 【Probation Period】 Duration: 3 months (No change in employment conditions during this period)
Compensation & Benefits
【Allowances】 Subject to eligibility criteria. ◆ Qualification Allowance(for national licenses): ¥5,000 – ¥30,000 ◆ Housing Allowance: ¥30,000 if living within 3km ◆ Position Allowance: ¥10,000 for section chief, ¥30,000 for department manager ◆ Childcare Allowance: ¥2,000 per dependent child ◆ Commute Allowance: Actual expenses reimbursed, up to ¥30,000/month 【Salary Increase, Bonus】 Based on performance and company policy Last year’s average increase for new grads: 2.50% (including base raise) Last year’s average for new grads: Equivalent to 1.00 month’s salary 【Benefits】 Full social insurance coverage (health, pension, employment, and workers’ compensation) Qualification, housing, position, and family/child allowances Birthday leave (employee and child), long-service special leave at 3, 6, and 10 years 10-year service award bonus Support system for obtaining qualifications Childbirth congratulatory payment Company-sponsored employee trips (all expenses covered)
