Main Job Responsibilities ●Practical labor management tasks such as attendance tracking and year-end adjustments. ●Design and implementation of systems related to personnel evaluation, education, and training. ●Handling recruitment activities for mid-career employees and new graduates. Labor-related tasks ・Managing attendance and year-end adjustments. ・Revising employment regulations. ・Negotiating and finalizing labor-management agreements. ・Managing secondment/transfers/movements. ・Collaboration with external labor and social insurance consultants. HR-related tasks ・Strengthening of evaluation system used by HR. ・Planning education and training programs based on employees’ roles and their preferences. Recruitment-related tasks ・Media management (handling media postings, researching new media). ・Post-offer to onboarding tasks (follow-up until onboarding, onboarding procedures), etc.
