Our strength is that our management philosophy itself is diversity and inclusion, which has already become tacit knowledge.
Our employees come from more than 20 different countries and range in age from 18 to 85, making for a diverse workforce. We have introduced a variety of measures to enable all of our diverse employees to play an active role, including Japanese language classes for foreign employees according to their abilities, raising the flag of each country every morning, setting up a prayer room, restrooms for disabled and LGBT employees, and making the cafeteria menu Halal-compliant.

Aiming for highly productive and efficient work, we have introduced systems and infrastructure related to work styles in stages since 2013.

We have named our new building the "SUNTECH LEARNING CENTER" to make it a place of learning for everyone.
It is a workspace like a "home" where people can relax and talk frankly with each other.
