Since its establishment in 1977, SUNTECH has been designing and manufacturing industrial equipment such as stainless steel tanks, heat exchangers, vacuum dryers, and pressure vessels.

We have achieved high-quality and flexible delivery in manufacturing with our integrated in-house production system. We manufacture products that meet the diverse needs of our customers.

Our customers include industrial manufacturers worldwide, as well as water supply, sewage, chemical, food, pharmaceutical, paper, steel, and semiconductor industries.

We do not only manufacture good products, but also share our technology and spirit with the world to enrich the international community as a leading Asian manufacturing company.

In January 2023, SUNTECH won both the "Grand Prize" and "Job Satisfaction" in the "9th White Company Award" hosted by the Japan Organization for the Promotion of Next-Generation Corporations (commonly known as the White Foundation).

Our strength is that our management philosophy itself is diversity and inclusion, which has already become tacit knowledge.

Our employees come from more than 20 different countries and range in age from 18 to 85, making for a diverse workforce. We have introduced a variety of measures to enable all of our diverse employees to play an active role, including Japanese language classes for foreign employees according to their abilities, raising the flag of each country every morning, setting up a prayer room, restrooms for disabled and LGBT employees, and making the cafeteria menu Halal-compliant.

Aiming for highly productive and efficient work, we have introduced systems and infrastructure related to work styles in stages since 2013.

In addition, we have begun full-fledged health management in 2021, based on the belief that the health of employees and their families is indispensable for the growth of the company.

As part of our efforts to support mental and physical health, we hired a registered dietitian and cook to operate the company cafeteria with a thorough nutritional balance and provide health guidance.

SUNTECH is a manufacturing group that features precise welding and processing techniques by craftsmen, and we also accept many trainees from overseas.

We believe that people work to live, learn, and grow through work. Many people from all over the world come to Kagawa, where SUNTECH is located, to learn the skills and spirit of manufacturing.
We have named our new building the "SUNTECH LEARNING CENTER" to make it a place of learning for everyone.

It is a workspace like a "home" where people can relax and talk frankly with each other.
