Sales Promotion Orico’s business relies on customers using loans, credit, and credit cards through our partner merchants. Building strong relationships with these merchants is essential for promoting credit use. Sales Administration This role handles administrative tasks related to credit, such as shopping credit and auto loans. The screening process to determine customer eligibility is crucial and requires strong decision-making. This position also serves as the contact for customer and merchant inquiries. Credit Management This department manages payment-related tasks, providing reminders and proposing new plans. Payments from customers are essential, making credit management a vital role. Headquarters Staff Departments here plan and promote Orico’s products and manage finance, legal affairs, and business strategy, supporting branch operations. *Initial placement will be in sales promotion, administration, or credit management, decided after rotation training.

New Employee Program

You will acquire the foundational skills as a professional and the essential knowledge required in the broad business fields that Orico operates in through on-the-job training (OJT) and group training. ▼ OJT You will develop your operational skills under the guidance of an educational trainer at your assigned location. ▼ Group Training You can learn a wide range of business-related knowledge through three types of training: onboarding training, foundational skills enhancement training, and follow-up training.

▼ Working Hours 9:20 AM to 5:45 PM However, depending on the job, a shift work system or flexible working hours may be implemented. ▼ Holidays Complete two-day weekends, public holidays, and year-end/New Year holidays. However, there may be work on holidays depending on the job (with compensatory time off on other days). For certain positions, a three-day weekend system is in place (in this case, working hours will be 9:20 AM to 6:55 PM). ▼ Leave Annual paid leave, prime leave, planned annual leave, long service leave, maternity and parental leave, caregiving leave, child care leave, jury duty leave, condolence leave, volunteer leave, sabbatical leave, etc.
