We use digital technology to solve inefficiencies in electricity distribution and trading, supporting the next-generation energy infrastructure.

Who We're Looking For
・Someone who enjoys the various “changes” that come with rapid business and organizational growth
・Someone interested in and eager to engage with the business side as well
・Someone who takes ownership of their work and is willing to make every effort to deliver their best
Preferred Skills & Experience
・Work experience in the renewable energy, electricity, or IT industries
・Experience in overseas market research or market entry projects
・Experience collaborating with government agencies or large corporations
Working Conditions
・Full-time employee (new graduate hire)
・Location: Akasaka Enokizaka Building 3F, 1-7-1 Akasaka, Minato-ku, Tokyo
・Remote work system available (approx. 1 day per week in office)
・125 annual holidays (weekends, national holidays, year-end/New Year)
・Summer vacation, annual paid leave, maternity/childcare leave, and special leave available
・Training period: 3 months (no change in conditions)
