[Application requirements]

■ Qualifications
- Enrolled in a Japanese university or graduate school (including expected graduation)
* Applicants who have already graduated and hold a “Designated Activities” visa may also apply.
- Major in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Systems Engineering
- Japanese language proficiency: JLPT N2 or higher
*Applicants with N3 may be considered based on the interview
- English proficiency: TOEIC score of 800 or higher
- Ability to read English specifications

■ Preferred Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of PLC and control systems
- Experience using CAD software
- MOS/MCP certification
- Experience in handling emails in English

⏰ Working Hours
8:00-17:00 (8 working hours)

📍 Location
532 Oyanami Minami, Shimada City, Shizuoka Prefecture
* No relocation, but some business travel or short-term overseas assignments may be needed depending on the project.

💰 Salary
Monthly: 210,000 to 250,000 yen
Annual: 3,000,000 to 3,500,000 yen
Salary increase: Once a year
Bonuses: Twice a year
- Commuting allowance provided
- Overtime pay provided (average monthly overtime hours: 10 hours)

🧳 Employment Type
Full-time employment may be offered after completing a pre-employment internship (part-time)
- Probationary period: 3 months

📚 Training System
After completing the internship/part-time period, you are welcome to join as a full-time employee!
After joining, you will start by assisting in projects.
