【Recruitment Background】
■ We are strengthening our recruitment of global talent, especially automotive mechanics. To date, we have hired employees from Vietnam, Nepal, Indonesia, China, and other countries. Moving forward, we aim to strategically enhance recruitment, training, and retention by creating a new Global HR position.
■ Rather than waiting for talent to come to us, we will actively go overseas to recruit, including in your home country. Training and retention will also go beyond Japanese staff teaching foreign employees, encouraging mutual support among international colleagues in their own languages.
■ In this role, you will be on the frontline of global recruitment strategy—building partnerships with overseas schools and talent providers directly on-site.

Job Responsibilities

① Recruitment Strategy & Operations
- Research and analyze overseas talent markets (especially Vietnam, Nepal, Indonesia, etc.)
- Strengthen partnerships with local educational institutions, Japanese language schools, and technical training schools
- Secure talent sources and conduct recruitment activities through overseas business trips

② Education & Retention Support
- Develop training plans for prospective and new employees (Japanese language training, technical training, daily life support)
- Improve internal systems for foreign employees (leave policies, Japanese language support, etc.)
- Collaborate with technical schools in and outside Shizuoka Prefecture (scholarship programs, support for international student education)

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree or higher (both new graduates and mid-career applicants welcome)
- Business-level Japanese required; English or Vietnamese proficiency a plus
- Strong interest in HR, recruitment, or training/education fields
- Proactive in overseas business travel and communication in multicultural environments

Who We're Looking For

Salary

・Starting Salary (New Graduates): ¥218,000 per month (for bachelor’s degree holders and above, including allowances)
・Bonus: 3 times a year (including the fiscal year-end). Last year’s results: equivalent to 6–7 months’ salary paid.
・Allowances: Overtime pay, commuting allowance, housing allowance, family allowance, growth support allowance, etc.
・Days Off: 125 days per year (120 annual holidays + minimum 5 days of paid leave)
