Half of Our New Graduate Hires Are International Students

At MIKI HOUSE, approximately half of our new graduate hires are international students. In today’s rapidly changing world, perspectives that go beyond conventional boundaries are essential. Guided by our goal of achieving a 50:50 ratio of domestic to overseas sales, we integrate business strategy with talent strategy, actively recruiting and developing global talent from the very start of their careers.

Our New Graduate Recruitment Team Understands International Students

Through meeting students from a variety of backgrounds, we have seen that even highly capable international students often struggle to find a company that truly fits them. Many of these students possess exceptional strengths and unique qualities, yet cultural differences and a significant information gap between Japan and their home countries can make the job-hunting process difficult, leading some to choose to return home despite their potential.
