【Eligibility】
・Students expected to graduate from a graduate school or university in Japan by March 2028
※ Primarily for 2028 grads, but 2029 grads are also welcome to apply.
※ Students currently enrolled in overseas universities are also eligible.
・Japanese Level: Full Professional Proficiency (JLPT N2 or higher)
・Able to attend one of the scheduled dates for the second selection round
・Able to participate in the entire program

Singapore Travel Opportunity 🌎 The Global Branding Project - Challenging the world with "Japanese Craftsmanship"
▼ Course Introduction
Under the theme of "Expanding value in the global market through Japanese Craftsmanship," you will dive deep into Miki House's branding strategy.
To ensure this value continues to grow and Miki House remains a company "the world cannot do without," in which markets, for whom, and how should we deliver our message?
The answer is not provided for you.
You will face markets without set solutions and value that has yet to take physical shape.
Through rigorous team discussion and verification, you will design everything from the definition of value to the method of delivery, elevating Miki House into a global brand of choice.
▼ Purpose & Objectives
This project aims to re-evaluate the value of Japanese craftsmanship from a global perspective and expand its possibilities.
Since its founding in 1971, Miki House has expanded its brand both domestically and internationally while prioritizing quality and trust.
However, in a rapidly changing environment, we are now asking how to carry that value into the next generation.
This program provides an opportunity to face actual branding challenges and think about how to view and deliver value through team analysis.
The selected members will proceed to the 2nd Stage Overseas🌎.
Through on-site fieldwork, you will test the brand's potential and see how far your strategy resonates in a global setting.

■ 1st Stage
Dates: Early August and Early September
Location: Miki House HQ and company-owned training facility (Mie Prefecture)
Teams will work on a specific mission, covering everything from planning and research to the final presentation. You will build hypotheses based on research and design a branding proposal.
■ 2nd Stage ★ Special Stage (Singapore Internship 🇸🇬)
Dates: Mid-September
Members selected from the 1st Stage will travel overseas for fieldwork. You will verify hypotheses and refine your strategy through local market research, interviews, and competitor analysis.

How will Miki House expand its value and remain a chosen brand in the future?
This project merges the perspectives of branding and B2B sales to plan and design "New Value Creation" that goes beyond existing frameworks.
What is required is not just an idea, but thinking from the perspective of "business viability."
In an environment where high brand value is expected, how do you implement that in the market?
You will tackle this high-difficulty question head-on.

Starting with the question, "What value can only Miki House provide?", you will reconstruct value that is essentially meaningful to customers, free from existing constraints.
・Which companies or services should be combined to expand this value?
・What kind of experience should it be, and for whom?
・And is it viable as a business?
Refine your ideas through team discussions and materialize them into business proposals that consider feasibility and profitability from a B2B sales perspective.
Selected members will proceed to the Resort in the 2nd Stage 🏖️.
Immerse yourself in authentic "service" and "space" to capture the essence of luxury through your own senses.
Through this experience, you will understand what it means for value to be "designed" and reconsider how a brand should provide experiences.
Create a "new catalyst" that connects the brand with its customers.

Teams will work on a mission, handling planning, research, and presentation. Based on research, you will form hypotheses and design a brand business project from a B2B sales perspective.
■ 2nd Stage ★ Special Stage (Okinawa Luxury Resort Stay)
Dates: Late September
Members selected from the 1st Stage will participate in an experiential program at a luxury resort hotel.
While experiencing real services and spaces, you will analyze how customer experiences are designed and refine your project based on your on-site insights.
