Day 1: Value Creation Workshop, Business Introduction by Field Employees
Day 2: Value Creation Workshop, Work to Enhance Understanding of Job Responsibilities, Discussion Session with Field Employees

Over the two days, we will introduce Sumitomo Forestry's current situation and the Business Planning position through our field employees. We will also conduct workshops where you can experience the work of the Business Planning position: "discovering and solving internal and societal challenges through practical work, and creating new value."

　- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program (all majors welcome)
　- Graduated from university or graduate school within the past 3 years (all majors welcome)
