The Global Communications Group manages all aspects of international media with teams in Tokyo, London, and New York. ■ Background for Recruitment Tokio Marine Group has traditionally focused on a local brand-first strategy. However, as the group's international scale has expanded, there is a growing need to foster a deeper understanding of our unified purpose and extensive capabilities in both Japanese and global markets. ■ Job Description: ・Assist in creating and sharing content that promotes corporate values and brand messaging ・Manage social media channels to boost engagement with audiences and Group members ・Support the production of videos highlighting internal events and activities ・Perform native English checks on documents translated from Japanese ・Help plan and coordinate joint communications projects with global group colleagues ・Support strategic planning for paid media projects with global partners ・Assist in preparing, hosting, and reporting on internal and external events ・Package and distribute internal announcements and corporate information in an engaging way ■ Career Path The Global Communications Department provides ample opportunities to develop corporate communication skills.
