The PI (Peripheral Intervention) Division has two sales teams. One handles medical devices related to diagnosis and treatment in the oncology field, while the other deals with medical devices for the treatment of peripheral vascular diseases. The sales teams visit healthcare professionals including physicians to convey the value of the products and make sales. All products handled by the division are ranked within the top 1-3 in their respective product categories. 【Responsibilities】 As a Commercial Excellence Intern, you will lead the development of a sales efficiency improvement plan for the entire sales team. 1. You will learn about the business environment and products through classroom sessions (several days). 2-1. You will learn about the actual sales fieldwork through accompanying several different sales representatives (6 weeks). 2-2. During these accompany sessions, you will observe and analyze the sales styles, effectiveness, and efficiency of each sales representative, and report your findings. 3. Based on your analysis report, you will develop a plan on how to improve the overall effectiveness and efficiency of the sales team.
