Amid the growing complexity of contracts and legal regulations, as well as the rise in opportunities for global business partnerships and M&A, strengthening our international legal capabilities has become an urgent priority. 【What will you do】 Drafting and reviewing contracts for overseas operations, ensuring compliance in international transactions, supporting dispute resolution and M&A activities abroad, and providing legal support for our global expansion. 【Who are we searching for】 ・Business-level English proficiency ・Japanese JLPT N1-N2 ・Corporate legal experience or specialized legal knowledge (e.g., law degree); or a strong aspiration to build a career in the legal field. ② Global Talent Acquisition (Human Resources Department) 【Why we are hiring】 As our business expands, the number of overseas offices and foreign national employees is increasing.
