After joining the company, you will first participate in a comprehensive training program, followed by 6 months of on-the-job training (OJT) after being assigned to a department. During your first 6–12 months, you will go through job rotations, gaining hands-on experience in multiple roles. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Sales Promotion Division 👔 Propose installment and leasing services to new partner outlets. 🧐 Handle inquiries from sales outlets after receiving customer applications and coordinate with the Approval Department until approval is granted. Business Planning Division 🗺️ Support overseas expansion and take part in business planning. 🗣️ Coordinate with the parent company and group subsidiaries, manage routine tasks, and track monthly sales. Systems Division 👩‍💻 Manage internal system inquiries, implement system updates, oversee servers and terminals, and liaise with external vendors.

Work Conditions

【Working Hours】 9:00–18:00 (8 hours/day) ・Remote work system, Variable working hours system, Flexible work hours available 【Holidays】 Two days off per week (*) Annual holidays: 123 days Types of leave: national holidays, year-end and New Year holidays, summer vacation, annual paid leave (10-20 days), bereavement leave, refreshment leave (10th, 20th year of service), half-day leave, special leave, outpatient leave for pregnancy and childbirth, nursing leave, maternity leave, childcare leave, caregiving leave, and others. *For overseas assignments or secondments to subsidiaries, there may be shifts to work on weekends based on each company's calendar. Secondment is not a prerequisite, and there is also a possibility of being seconded after joining the company. 【Salary Increase and Bonuses】 - Salary increase: Once a year - Bonuses: 3 months of basic salary or more / twice a year (June, December)
