Voices from a Senior Employee
👨💼 From a Sales Employee Who Joined in 2022 - What are your main duties? "My job is about taking leadership and turning ideas into reality." I’m mainly responsible for booth decoration at group exhibitions. Specifically, I handle sales activities such as creating estimates and proposals to win projects. I also take on a project leader role by coordinating with in-house designers, operations staff, and partner companies. In this way, my primary job is to collaborate with many people to create exhibition booths that exceed our clients’ expectations. - When do you feel a sense of fulfillment? "The thrill of winning a competition is unparalleled!" The biggest reward is when my ideas are accepted and we win a competitive bid. I also enjoy working with people from various industries that I wouldn’t normally interact with in everyday life.
