🌍 Special Message from JPort
Why we recommend Yamada Consulting Group to international students interested in consulting and global projects: ▲ At many of the so-called “Big 4” (foreign-affiliated) consulting firms, the Japan office and overseas offices operate as separate legal entities. As a result, it is often difficult for an individual consultant to provide seamless, end-to-end cross-border services. ◎ In contrast, Yamada Consulting Group is headquartered in Japan, and all overseas offices operate as group companies (local subsidiaries) under a unified framework. This allows consultants to be directly and closely involved in global projects. [Why Join Yamada Consulting Group’s Overseas Business Division?] 🔹 One of the rare new graduate positions where you can work on overseas projects from your very first year In many consulting firms, new hires start with domestic projects and only transfer to overseas work after several years. Here, you’ll be involved in international projects right from the start. 🔹 Direct recruitment into the Overseas Business Division Most companies hire new graduates as “generalists,” with assignments decided after joining. This position is specifically for placement in the Overseas Business Division from day one. 🔹 A position where your ambition to “take on challenges overseas” can become reality immediately after joining
